Download Resource:
- MET-COFEA Software (Beta version - last updated: 10/15/2013, for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit). Unzip the file onto a local drive, then click MET_COFEA.exe to run the program.
- Gamma version 32bit - updated: 01/12/2016, for Windows 32-bit to be compatible with specific CDF files that are intermediately from the customized MS converting tools and recording blank for some redundant information vectors.
- In order to suit .mzdata.xml data to MET-COFEA, script_mzdata2cdf can help you realize the MS data format converting.
- Gamma version 64bit - updated: 01/12/2016, for Windows 64-bit only to be furtherly compatible with special case with very large CDF files(single .CDF >1GB). To run this 64 bit MET-COFEA, 0xc000007b Application Error maybe be met and needed to be fixed at first.
