  • Enzyme-catalytic chemical reactions were gathered from KEGG database. We downloaded reference sequence for each KEGG Orthology (KO) and further perform BLASTP search against Arabidopsis TAIR10 gene models with an e-value cutoff of 1e-06, which annotate enzyme gene with KO term and also connects corresponding substrates and products with these genes referring to description of KO term.
