| Description |
VAL genes are a subgroup of B3 DNA binding TF. In addition to the B3 domain, the VAL genes a CW-like zinc finger, an EAR type repressor motif a PHD (plant homeodomain)-like domain. In Arabidopsis double and triple mutant of VAL gene generates embryonic callus, suggest a strong role in plant development.
