Description

This is a transcription activators present in various eukaryotes. It has a unique DNA-binding domain (CG-1). Interestinhgle this group of proteins also contains a variable number of IQ motifs. The IQ motifs consist of low complexity regions with the repetitive motif IQXXXRGXXX and are known to be associated with binding of CaM and CaM-like proteins.
