  C2C2-Dof
Family Type Transcription factor
Plant Specific Yes
Functional Domains DNA binding domain
Must-have InterProScan Domain Pattern IPR003851
Prohibited InterProScan Domain Pattern IPR006564
Description

The Dof domain, which is composed of ~52 amino acid residues, Dof domain is highly conserved in DNA-binding proteins of higher plants. The N-terminal region of Dof domain contain four Cys residues, two Cys residues of the domain were required for the DNA binding.
