| Description |
ARF proteins contain the B3 DNA domain. Most ARF proteins contain two additional C-terminal domains, called domain III and domain IV, which is also present in Aux-IAA proteins. This III and IV domain act as a protein-protein interacting domain which interacts either with Aux-IAA or with ARF.
