DescriptionRoot and/or nodule tissues of four Medicago truncatula accessions were subjected to RNA-Seq. Three treatments were performed for each accession: 14 days post inoculation (dpi) using Sinorhizobium meliloti (KH46c) strain, 14 days dpi using Sinorhizobium Medicae (WSM419) strain as well as uninoculated root tissue as control. Three replications were done for each treatment.
