Description | We performed RNA-seq analysis during symbiotic interaction between Lotus japonicus and Mesorhizobium loti using Hiseq2000. In order to identify L. japonicus and M. loti genes involved in the early stage of legume-rhizobium symbiosis, we constructed respective cDNA libraries from infected whorl roots of wild-type L. japonicus plants (MG-20) and vagrant infection thread 1 (vag1) mutants (Suzaki et al. Development, 2014) |
