Description | We performed RNA-seq analysis of shoot samples during symbiotic interaction between Lotus japonicus and Mesorhizobium loti. In order to identify L. japonicus genes involved in inhibition of nodulation in shoots, we constructed respective cDNA libraries from shoots of wild-type L. japonicus (MG-20), har1 mutants, CLE-RS1 constitutive expression lines and CLE-RS2 constitutive expression lines. |
