{"description":"Illumina mRNA-seq analysis was performed to detect salinity stress inducible genes in Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica cv. Nipponbare. Seeds of rice were germinated at 28o C in a sterilized germination tray. The seedlings had been grown for 7 days at 28o degrees C. Total RNA were extracted from shoots and roots under normal and 1 hr after salinity stress (150 mM NaCl solution). The expression profiles among four samples were compared to find rice salinity stress inducible genes. This work was supported by a grant from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan (Genomics for Agricultural Innovation, RTR-0001).","genome_id":26,"id":68,"name":"Comprehensive analysis of salinity stress inducible genes in Oryza sativa"}
